If you want to get a ranking in major search engine like Yahoo, Google, msn, I recommend you to register a domain name that contains your main keywords, which you want to target for Adsense. Don't Just put in your name or company name in it.
Why I am telling this. Think, the surfes searches by keyword and subject, and not by some- one's name. So making a site with a domain name called www.brijmohan.com will not make a good sense, instead you can choose a keyword reach domain name which will bring you more targeted customers.
So insted of brijmohan.com, tips-to-make-site.com would be an good domain to register with.
Offsourcs, you can tell about your company somewhere on the internal pages, but not in the domain.
Now if you targeting UK's search engine, it will be better for you to have .co.uk domain name instaed of .co.in.
Note: Please always keep in mind that domain name is not the only thing which search engines keep in mind while giving you rank.
The content, onpage optimization, link popularity of your site, (inbound links from other sites is also important in gaining search engine rankings.
Tips On Choosing Domain Name
Don't Choose a long domain name. Yes it could be 63 characters long.
Use hyphens whenever necessary.
Protect your name by registring multiple domain name, like book-tutorials.com, book-tutorials.net etc. It prevents you from copycats, who register same domain for stelling your niche.
Don't Built site on all domain but atleast you can keep them reserve.

Registering a domain now days is very easy and cost friendly. Don't go with big names, but see which domain registeration company is giving you cheap and good name services.
Always keep in mind to keep your privacy (name, email, address etc.) while booking.
